Purpose

Service Participation Fee
EternalTech Systems shall receive 5% of the total proceeds generated from every completed project, campaign, donation, grant, contract, sponsorship, fundraising activity, subsidy, or any financial transaction processed through the platform.
This fee covers:
- Platform hosting & cloud infrastructure
- System monitoring & cybersecurity monitoring
- AI services & API integrations
- Software maintenance, bug fixes & technical support
- Data backup & disaster recovery
- Performance optimization & new feature deployment
- Compliance updates & payment system maintenance

Automatic Revenue Distribution
The platform automatically calculates and records for every transaction:
- Gross Income, 5% Service Fee, and Net Amount
- Transaction ID, Payment Date, and Payment Status
- A settlement report visible in the administration dashboard
Audit Compliance
Every transaction stores date, time, organization, campaign, amount, fee, balance, payment gateway, user, and receipt. No transaction is editable after completion — all records are audit-locked.
